Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the Dreame device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included in the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit to ensure it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
